Price Match Guarantee Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility: The Price Promise – Price Match Guarantee (“Price Match Guarantee”) is available to customers who have received a written quote for a like-for-like product or service from a competitor operating within the same industry and market segment as Thomas Ferns (“Company”).
2. Like-for-Like Criteria: For a quote to be eligible under the Price Match Guarantee, it must be comparable in all material aspects, including, but not limited to, product quality, specifications, warranty, and service offerings. The Company reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether a competitor’s quote meets the like-for-like criteria.
3. Competitor Quote Requirements: To qualify for the Price Match Guarantee, the competitor’s quote must be:
   • Official and written on the competitor’s letterhead.
   • Dated within the last 14 days from the date of submission for price matching.
   • Accompanied by a detailed breakdown of the products or services quoted, including any fees or additional charges.
4. Submission Process: Customers must submit the competitor’s quote to the Company  by email or presenting it in person or by submitting the form on this page. The submission must include the customer’s name, contact information, and any other details required by the Company to verify the quote.
5. Verification and Approval: Upon receipt of a submission, the Company will verify the authenticity and eligibility of the competitor’s quote. The Company reserves the right to contact the competitor to confirm the quote’s validity. Approval of the price match request is at the sole discretion of the Company.
6. Price Match Adjustment: If the price match request is approved, the Company will match or beat the total quote price of the competitor, including any fees or additional charges, under the same terms and conditions. The price match adjustment is applicable to the quoted products or services only and does not extend to any other items or services offered by the Company.
7. Exclusions:
   • Quotes from non-competitive businesses or those not operating in the same industry and market segment as the Company.
   • Quotes that are not publicly offered or are part of a private sale, special offer, discount, clearance, or liquidation.
   • Products or services that are not identical in brand, model, and specifications.
   • Quotes that are incomplete, fraudulent, or from unauthorised dealers.
8. Limitations: The Price Match Guarantee cannot be combined with any other offers, discounts, or promotions. The Company reserves the right to limit the quantity of price-matched items.
9. Changes to the Price Match Guarantee: The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or terminate the Price Match Guarantee at any time without prior notice.
10. Other Conditions: The Price Match Guarantee is subject to change and can be discontinued at the Company’s discretion without prior notice. Additional terms and conditions may apply.
